As a mom and a member of the Jewish community, I founded Tinoki Care to support families during one of life's most meaningful transitions. This is personal to me. I understand the joys, challenges, and questions that come with bringing a new baby home — and I believe every family deserves to feel supported, confident, and cared for.
That's why I created a boutique, relationship-focused placement service, where quality, trust, and shared values always come first.

A newborn care specialist has advanced training in infant care, sleep, and feeding support. A night nanny focuses on overnight care so parents can rest. We'll help you decide which fits your family best.
How do you vet your caregivers?
Every caregiver goes through interviews, experience and reference checks, and background screening before we ever introduce them to a family.
Can you accommodate Jewish home practices?
Yes. Many of our caregivers are experienced in Jewish homes and are respectful of kashrut, Shabbat, and your family's traditions.
How far in advance should I start my search?
We recommend starting in your second trimester. Earlier outreach gives you more options, but we'll always do our best to help.
What areas do you serve?
